New permit re- inspection. The most important items were corrected. Please continue with the items left: 1). Please close the hole in the wall under the food prep sink. 2). Under the food prep sink and where open caulk or grout the base tile at the wall juncture. 3). Repair the bottom shelve on the storage rack in the back room. 4). Replace the t-grid bar that is rusted / missing. 5). Please provide some coved base along the FRP under the front counter. 6). Please provide a dual check valve that meets plumbing standard ASSE 1022 upstream of the tea brewer. 7). Some base tiles are missing to the side of the soda station at the drive through, please replace. 8). Please silicone the back splash on the hand wash counter in the ladies room. 9). Please re-mount the loose toilet in the last stall in the ladies room and re-caulk. Text pictures of the repairs to my cell phone. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to regional manager and director of operations. Inspection rights included.
