This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection. From Plan Review Construction inspection, correct the following items prior to your next routine inspection: 1) Provide an air gap for drain line to ice machine; an air break alone is insufficient. A new ice machine has been installed since previous visit – provide an air gap for drain line. 2) Remove wheels from hand sink. Hand sink MUST stay in snack shack. Removal of hand sink may result in suspension of the permit to operate. Routine inspection report was emailed to person in charge at establishment. Inspection report received by operator. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
