Core-3-304.12 , C: In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage Observed bowls/cups being stored in contact with the sugar. Per PIC, the bowls/cups are used to scoop sugar out of bins. PIC removed the bowls/cups from the bin. Please use proper scoops with handles and store the scoops out of contact with any food or ice. During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored in a clean, protected location with their handles above the top of the food and the container.
