Employee was informed they must wash their hands after handling raw fish in order to not spread potential pathogens from fish to prep tables and onto the outside of condiment containers. The wiping cloth was removed to be laundered and all surfaces were wiped down with a chlorine sanitizer.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
