Inspection Comments

Pre-final walk through of the Deli Area with the superintendent. The following items were discussed: 1). The base along the cooler side does not have a cove, please provide. - Did not verify this time if new base was installed. 2). Backflow valves will be tested and certified. 3). Entrance transition at the deli will be finished out. 4). Sink drains will line up with the drain crate openings. 5). Two escutcheon plates are missing at the gas lines under the hood. 6). Walk-in sprinkler penetrations will be filled in and finished out. 7). Openings around escutcheon plates in the wall will need to be filled in. 8). Caulk the stainless base transition in the corner with the walk-in. SW corner of the room. At final inspection all equipment will need to be in and in place. Refrigerators will need to be on and holding at proper temperatures. Okay to stock store pending City approval. Restrooms will need to be stocked with soap and paper towels. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to the project manager.
