Inspection Comments

Second walk through for the Meat Market permit with Haydon. The following items were discussed: 1). Floor sinks throughout the cutting room will be cut flush with the floor to allow for convenient cleaning. 2). Concrete curb will need to be finished out durable, easily cleanable and with a cove at the floor juncture. Base of choice will need to be sealed at the stainless base juncture. Exterior of the curb can be based out with rubber or vinyl coved base. 3). Window in the cooler wall will be siliconed in. 4) Cooler penetrations will be filled in and finished out. 5). Make sure that the sink drain lines do not create over splash and that the pipe opening meets up with the drain grate openings. 6). Backflow valves installed will be outfitted with hub drain that are lead to the floor sinks. 7). Entrance to the cooler will be finished out up to the trench drain, fill in the depressions in the floor of the eliason door floor mounts. Backflow valves will be tested and certified.
