Inspection Comments

Pre-final walk through for the Meat Market permit with Haydon. The following items were discussed: 1). Stainless edge (cove of the top base will) be replaced with a different wall flashing that will cover the transition of the wall to the base at the concrete curb. 2). The hand sink is leaking, please repair. 3). At the hose faucet under the sink drain board, caulk the open gap around the escutcheon, same at the two hand sink outside the meat cooler. 4). Make sure that the sink drain lines do not create over splash and that the pipe opening meets up with the drain grate openings. Plumber will install another 45 angle. 5). Eliason doors do not open properly, please adjust. 6). Sinks and tables that are flashed to the wall will be caulked in at the top wall juncture. 7). If needed raise the uni-strut of the three compartment sink spray arm assembly, not needed if chemical company doe snot raise the stand pipe to add a water connection. Backflow valves will be tested and certified. Okay to stock store pending City approval. Restrooms will need to be stocked with soap and paper towels. At final all equipment will need to be in place including chemical dispensers etc. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to the project manager.
