Inspection Comments

Second walk through of the Bakery Area with the superintendent. The following items were discussed: 1). Please fill in the depressions in the floor around the conduit floor penetrations. 2). Where the stainless base does not meet the floor you will need to seal the joint. 3). The base along the cooler side does not have a cove, please provide. 4). Hub drains will be installed for the backflow valves installed. 5). Backflow valves will be tested. 6). Please remove copper and brass from the RO water line at the proofer oven. 7). Hood will be be sealed to the wall horizontally and vertically with silver caulk / silicone. 8). Elbows will be installed on all drain lines at the floor sinks. 9). Floor drain will be lifted where recessed and finished out. 10). Wall cap at front display case will be sealed to the floor. 11). Sink drains will line up with the drain crate openings. 12). The AC condensate line will received an escutcheon plate. 13). The floor sinks floor transitions will re finished out smooth and easily cleanable, lip is allowed. 14). Sinks will be caulked in, provide a flush or beveled away from the wall bead of caulk. 15). Counters installed will be finished out with coved base on the kitchen side.
