Inspection Comments

Pre-final walk through of the Bakery Area with the superintendent. The following items were discussed: This area is shared with Deli and Meat Market. Most items noted are already covered under these permits. 1). Please finish mounting the bat wings on the hood. 2) Okay to install all the toe kicks on the bakery cases. Metal to kicks will need to be tight with the floor, where floor sinks are in place and are raised you have a choice to either cut the floor sink lip off or cut out the toe kick. Okay to stock store pending City approval. Restrooms will need to be stocked with soap and paper towels. At final all equipment will need to be in place including chemical dispensers etc. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to the project manager.
