Observed the only hand wash sink in establishment located near the ice machine not operational. Person in charge states the sink is rarely used and did not notice it was not operational. Discussed the importance of having all hand washing sinks operational and stocked with paper towels and soap to practice proper hand washing. Correct prior to re-inspection on 9/30/2022

Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence Observed accumulation of drain flies in the handwash sink/ice machine area. Must obtain licensed pest control service to eliminate issue prior to re-inspection on 9/30/2022.

Upon re-inspection, violations have not been corrected. Sink was still not operational and more than 15 live drain flies were observed. Re-inspection will be conducted on 9/30/2022. Report emailed. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
