PIC was advised that menus with consumer advisories must have disclosure by either describing the product as being raw or undercooked (i.e. raw oysters, eggs cooked to order, burgers cooked to order) or by utilizing an asterisk directing them to a footnote that describes the item as being served raw or undercooked. PIC was advised that a reinspection will be done to ensure that the menu is fixed.

PIC was advised to obtain and that a reinspection will be conducted within 10 days to ensure they are obtained. Inspector tested quat sanitizer and was at the proper concentration.

Ty W. verbally acknowledged the inspection rights. No County legal action will result from this inspection. The inspection report was emailed and verified received at time of inspection. Discussed outdoor cooking, discussed catering and permit requirements for it, and date marking. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager---Observed no certified food managers certification. Please obtain a certified food managers certification prior to the next routine inspection.
