FD-86233. Class 4 10+ Seating. Establishment not open at time of inspection. New owner inspection conducted with Diana, Max and Matt. Diana acknowledged receipt of inspection rights. Emailed report to Diana. Please address the following prior to permit issuance: 1. Provide an ASSE 1022 dual check valve for all water fed drink machines in kitchen area. 2. Have RP for soda system tested and certified. Provide certificate. 3. Remove downstream shut off at mop faucet. 4. Ensure chemical dispensers installed have an true air gap as discussed. 5. Repair laminate shelf under POS and crack in counter by cold holding table. 6. Unclog aerator at 3 compartment sink. 7. Seal all sink fixtures at wall juncture. 8. Carbonated beverage system is being installed. Ensure that all drain pipes are rigid and secured with 1 inch air gap AFF at floor sink. A certified food manager is required at time of approval. If not already obtained, please obtain your certified food manager certificate from an ANSI approved testing company. All other food handlers must obtain ANSI approved food handler certificates. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
