Inspection Comments

First inspection for the Retail Grocery Permit. met up with the plumber and superintendent. The following items were discussed/ observed: 1). Cold water lines have been run to the bar and the demo station. Underground is about complete in the wine bare clean up station. 2). Floor sink will be set under the three compartment sink. 3). Grease trap vault will be set flush with the tile and transition with the tile sealed. Concrete edge will be painted or water sealed so the whole is a cleanable surface. 4). Additional water feed for chemical dispenser will be installed at the mop sink per plan. 5). Condensate from cooler will be run to the mop sink and sump pump mounted in the exterior of the walk-in cooler. Construction is at about 15%. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
