Inspection Comments

Pre-final walk through conducted for the Retail Grocery Permit. Store is at about 85% completion. The following items were observed: 1). Please make sure to install a separate water feed with faucet at the mop sink for the connection to the chemical dispenser. Hot or cold. 2). The condensate drain pipe at the mop sink will need to be braced and clear from the edge of the mop sink, make sure you keep a 1 inch air gap. 3). Sump pump for the beer cooler condensate will be run to a sump pump, mount on the exterior and condensate will be run to the mop sink overhead through rigid lines. 4). Mop sink will be caulked at the floor and wall junctures. Provide a flush or beveled away from the wall bead of caulk. Same for toilets and sink counters. 5). Water fountains will be caulked at the top wall junctures. 6). Back door will receive weather stripping and door sweep. Door will need to be insect tight. 7). Double check noted upstream of the humidor, Reduced Pressure Zone backflow valve is specified due t the fact that the humidor has a pump and can create back pressure. Valve will need to be exchanged. Hub drain will need to be led to the floor sink as shown in the plan. Valve will require testing before final inspection. 8). Please base out room 109 throughout. 9). Control joints in the floor will need to be filled in and flush with the floor. 10). Provide washable ceiling tiles in mop room as specified in revision. Act-2 11). Floor sealing in room 102, 107 and 109 per revised plan. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Emailed to project engineer.
