Inspection Comments

Pre-final walk through conducted for the Eating and Drinking Permit. Store is at about 85% completion. The following items were observed: 1). Wood plank over the sinks at the beer and wine demonstration bar will need to be sealed up to the height of splash. 2). Beer and wine areas will receive coved base along the toe kicks. 3). Grease trap lid will need to cover the whole opening. There are some gaps, may be a rubber mat will work or diamond plate cover that fits the opening exact. 4). Three compartment sink drain line will need to line up with the opening in the floor sink so there is no over-splash. Keep an inch air gap. 5). Dishwasher drain will need to transition into a rigid line and led to the floor sink, properly brace, lead along the wall, off the floor and keep an 1 inch air gap. Clamp transition. 6). Support room with sinks will receive a washable ceiling. At final inspection provide hot water at all sinks, tempered at restrooms 95-105 degrees F.
