This operator has setup in a parking lot at 19425 W. Indian school Road with a Catering License and is serving food to the general public. “Food Catering” is a food establishment where a pre-arranged number of meals and/or food products are prepared at one permitted premise for immediate service and consumption at another pre-arranged location. The operator has a catering license and is operating outside the scope of their allowance for the permit as set forth by Maricopa County Health Code Chapter 8, Section 1, Regulation 1(32) Operator set up a hand sink station, temperatures were taken of the meets which were all above 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Restrooms are available in the coffee shop in the plaza. Operator was asked to cease operation and refused. Legal action may result from this inspection. Printed on site and handed to the operator.
