Equipment Inspection - Deli-Hot Food This inspection was conducted with the on site superintendent. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Chris H. at the time of this inspection. Address the following prior to final permit approval; 1. Provide a certified, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply lines to all soda fountain carbonators if any are installed. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device(s) must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass 2. Provide a cove base finish at all floor/wall junctures and floor/cabinet junctures throughout the facility including all food and beverage prep areas, and inside walk-in refrigeration units, restrooms, mop sink areas etc. 3. Provide metal cove base at all floor/wall junctures on the inside and exposed outside portions of walk-in refrigeration units. 4. Provide dedicated water lines for all chemical dispensers including at mop sink areas. Chemical dispensers must not be installed on mop sink faucets. 5. The RPZ backflow prevention devices for the water supply lines to the combi ovens must be tested and certified. 6. Seal all cement curbs installed on the inside and outside portions of all walk-in units to be waterproof and provide the caulked, cove base finish at the floor/wall junctures. Repair the rough corners of the cement to be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. No county legal action will result from this inspection.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
