Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager. No food manager present. Please obtain current food manager certification for persons-in-charge. A certified food manager must be present whenever food is being handled. Ensure all other food employees have current food handler certification. Reviewed ware washing and illness policy with PIC. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Emailed report to Sheila.
