Arrived at establishment and the establishment was inaccessible at time of inspection. Spoke to operator over the phone and scheduled an inspection for 8 pm 06/20/23. Operator also indicated they are only available at 10 pm and are planning to close for the rest of the summer until student return in the fall. No legal action will result from this ineffective visit.

e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
