Inspection Comments

Construction onsite for plan review time. Met with Jerry Inspection rights and inspection report emailed to Jerry Please address the following items: 1. Provide a minimum of a 50 gallon hot water heater, 110 ^f water to all faucets within 45 seconds 2. Provide minimum 1 inch gap to the floor sink for the ice machine drainage pipe 3. Provide cove base on the exterior and interior of the bar 4. Seal area around the floor sinks 5. Seal around the counter top sinks 6. Replace soft flex plumbing with hard plumbing 7. Seal all unsealed wood such as back side of the bar and under the counter tops 8. Fill gaps under the countertop 9. Replace acoustic ceiling tile with vinyl washable ceiling tile 10. Replace missing floor tile in the back mopsink area 11. Remove y-connector downstream of the atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mopsink 12. Repair damaged wall at the mopsink 13. Trim/seal cut plaster board at the washer area 14. Provide soap and paper towel dispenser for the handwash station 15. Provide soap and sanitizer for the three compartment sink 16. Provide test strips for the sanitizer 17. Refrigerators to be at 41^F for final inspection Stipulation letter provided at time of inspection No County legal action will result from this inspection

e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
