E&D, class 2 10+ Plumbing inspection was conducted with the superintendent, Cesar and his son. Construction is at 25% completion. Plumbing stub-out had been completed. Please continue with construction and address all item noted in the inspection report, stipulation letter and plans. Please address all items prior to the next inspection: 1. Provide an additional water stub out with angle stop at the mop sink for chemical dispenser. 2. Provide an ASSE standard 1013, reduced pressure zone (RPZ) assembly, at the water connection point of the ice cream machine. Provide a drain cup for the vent port of the RPZ. 3. All drainpipe must be rigid and indirectly discharge to a floor sink with minimum 1” air gap from the finished floor. 4. Caulk and seal all gaps, cracks, and penetrations that has the thickness of a business card throughout. 5. Provide door sweep and weather stripping at all exterior door. No County legal action will result from this inspection The inspection rights sheet is emailed with the report to the owner. Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
