OC Inspection - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with the General Contractor. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Joe N. at the time of this inspection. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Address the following prior to final permit approval; 1. Provide a certified, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the RO System. 2. Provide an additional, certified, stainless steel RPZ backflow prevention device on the RO water supply line to the combi ovens. This stainless steel RPZ device must be installed so that it isolates the combi ovens from all other fixtures. 3. Provide a certified, RPZ backflow prevention device for all water lines that feed soda fountain carbonators. 4. Provide a certified, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water line that will feed the blender rinser in the rinser sink in the front kitchen area. 5. Provide a certified, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water lines that feeds the poser sprayer assembly. 6. Provide certified, RPZ backflow prevention devices for all water lines that feed the sprayer hoses in the two beverage areas. 7. All backflow devices must be drinking water safe. 8. Provide side splashes on all hand sinks that are within 24 in. of sinks, exposed food prep areas or exposed single service storage areas. 9. Provide a cove base finish at all floor/wall junctures throughout the facility including the kitchen, water heater room, mop sink room and restroom area. 10. Provide ASSE 1022 backflow prevention devices for all coffee, tea and juice machines connected to water supply lines.

Priority foundation violation is a minor violation that does not directly contribute to an increased risk of foodborne illness but failure to correct this violation may lead to the occurrence of a priority violation.
e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
