Plumbing Inspection - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with workers on site. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to John B. at the time of this inspection. Address the following prior to final permit approval; 1. Provide the 50 gallon capacity water heater as indicated on your plan submittal. 2. Provide a metal cove base finish at the floor/wall junctures on the inside and exposed outside portions of the walk-in units. Do not use ceramic cove base tile in these areas. 3. Provide a cove base finish at all floor/wall junctures throughout the facility including the back room and restroom. 4. All floors must be finished to be non-absorbent and smooth enough to be easily cleanable. 5. Provide self-closers for all pass through windows, the back door and the restroom door. 6. Provide smooth, easily cleanable ceilings throughout the facility including the back storage room. 7. Provide a dedicated water line at the mop sink for chemical dispensers. Mop sink faucets cannot be used to supply water to chemical dispensers. 8. Provide side splashes between the hand sink and adjacent prep sink or three compartment sink if they are within 24 in. of each other. A stainless steel side splash will also be required between the prep sink and three compartment sink if they are within 24 in. of each other. 9. Provide waterproof material such as FRP behind, underneath and around the sink areas. No county legal action will result from this inspection.

Priority foundation violation is a minor violation that does not directly contribute to an increased risk of foodborne illness but failure to correct this violation may lead to the occurrence of a priority violation.
e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
