Equipment Inspection - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with workers on site. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Tom M. at the time of this inspection. Address the following prior to final permit approval; 1. Provide the 50 gallon capacity water heater as indicated on your plan submittal. Provide a metal stand for the water heater that allows for cleaning underneath. 2. Provide a certified, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the soda fountain carbonator. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device must plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. 3. Provide a hose bib vacuum breaker for the hose bib that will be installed underneath the cooking hood. 4. Provide a cove base finish at all floor/wall junctures in the water heater room. 5. The chemical dispenser for the floor cleaner installed in the mop sink area does not have a proper air-gap. Replace this dispenser with one that does have a proper air-gap like all the others have. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
