Plumbing Inspection - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with the on site contractor. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Tim H. at the time of this inspection. Correct the following items prior to final permit approval; 1. As stated on your plan review stipulation letter dated 03/04/2022; Your plans indicate that between 1-3 Rinnai RL94i tankless water heaters will be installed. Provide 3, Rinnai RL94i tankless water heaters to meet the minimum hot water demands of the fixtures in the facility. There is currently only one of these tankless water heaters installed. 2. Hot and cold water must be supplied to all sinks. Provide hot water to the prep sink in the drive through area that currently does not have hot water. 3. All chemical dispensers installed on water lines must have proper air-gaps. The current chemical dispensers installed on water supply lines do not have proper air-gaps. Provide chemical dispensers with proper air-gaps or remove them. 4. Provide a certified, drinking water safe, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the mister system. 5. Provide hose bib vacuum breakers for the hose bibs that will be installed in the dumpster area. 6. The drain pipe for the front hand sink is not installed. All sinks must have hot and cold water drain pipes properly installed without leaks. 7. Provide a cove base finish at all floor/wall junctures in the kitchen that do not have them. This also includes the back, double door storage room and the area near the front counters where the decorative brick wall meets the floor. 8. Provide a waterproof surface for the concrete floor in the back, double door storage room. 9. The current patio does not meet dog friendly patio requirements. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
