Inspection Comments

First walk through inspection. Underground is complete and floor is ready to be poured back. In wall plumbing has not started yet. The following items were observed. 1). Floor sinks are now in for the prep sink, ice machine, three compartment sink and ice well. 2). Mop sink drain as been installed RO back wash and backflow will be led to the mop sink. The same for the water heater T&P. 3). Make sure to still install the water heater spaced from the walls for cleaning and no drain pan is needed. 4). An RP backflow valve will be required for the RO system. After the RO system please do not install copper all the way to the beverage machines. Backflow valve will require a hub drain and will need to be tested and certified. 5). Please install a dual check valve that meets plumbing standard ASSE 1022 upstream of any non-carbonated beverage machines. 6). Page E3.0 detail 1. Lighting plan on new pages is still not perfect. Please make sure you provide 50 foot candles of light in the areas where you handle open foods. In the back room move one of the center lights to over the three compartment sinks. two feet from the wall is ok but not 6. You also have to make sure you shed some light into the mop sink cove. 7). Please see stipulation letter for additional comments on counter tops and sneeze guards # 22 page A.02 (No details provided in plan). Construction is at 25%. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to owner and superintendent.
