Inspection Comments

Second equipment phase inspection for the Food Bank Permit. Walk trough with the superintendent and Banner Health. The following items were discussed: 1). Floor in upstairs mop room will be vinyl and will received coved base. 2). If you replace the flooring in the downstairs restrooms make sure to not loose the coved floor / wall juncture. 3). The pantry will received coved base throughout, including at columns. Including sales area and entrance hall. 4). The new columns should be painted, caulked to the cooler wall and finished out with coved base. 5). Walk-in penetrations will be filled, caulk smoothed out in the walk-in. 6). If possible provide a cap for the soda chase so the soda company can drill a hole through it. 7). The wooden wall panels in the hall way can be painted with a washable paint. 8). The pantry area with hand sink will be finished with a washable paint. 9). High temp dish washer hood will need to be caulked to the wall. 10). Cove with beverage counter will be finished out with a washable paint. 11). The downstairs restroom exhaust fan cut out is too wide, please finish out ceiling. Inspection with supervisor. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed on site for superintendent.
