Inspection Comments

Plumbing phase walk through with the superintendent. In wall plumbing is about complete. The following was discussed: 1). Water lines after the RO system will be PEX only and no copper for fittings etc. 2). Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow valve (RP) will be installed upstream if the Soda System. 3). RP valve will be installed for the rethermalizer. 4). RP valve will be required upstream of the Reverse Osmosis system. Install valves between 12" and 5 feet and in an accessible location. Install with hub drain assembly and lead to the nearest floor sink. Valve require testing and certification before final inspection. 5). Non-carbonated beverage machines at the drive through will receive a dual check valve upstream that meets plumbing standard ASSE1022. 6). Separate water feed will be installed at the mop sink to feel chemical dispenser. Finish out with angle stop or faucet. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
