Inspection Comments

Pre-final walk through with the superintendent. The following items were discussed: 1). Front of the walk-in will be based out with metal coved base. 2). Water heater platform will be sealed to the wall where possible. 3). Condensate drain will be installed on the eater heater flue and run to the floor drain. 4). SS Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow valve (RP) will be installed upstream of the soda system. Please install with hub drain in an accessible location. Please do not install copper or brass downstream. 5). Please install a RP valve upstream of the RO system. 6). Please install a RP valve upstream of the rethermalizers. All testable valves will require testing and certification. 7). Window frames will be caulked in at drive throughs. All sinks will ne caulked as well as toilets after cleaning. 8). Hood will be caulked in vertically. 9). Provide rigid drain lines for the soda systems, try to line of drain lines at the floor sink under the drive through soda counter so you do not have multiple cross overs. Try to come in high so floor is accessible for cleaning and then 90 down and air gap at the floor sink. 10). Penetration through the wall will be finished out cleanable between the drive through and the dining room soda station. 11). Please install an additional light if not planned in the walk-in unit. 12). If first bathroom grout around the hand sink escutcheon plate where the tile is cut too wide. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent.
