OC Inspection - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with the owner. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Yessenia M. at the time of this inspection. This facility is not currently in operation. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Correct the following prior to permit approval; 1. Ensure that all refrigerated food equipment is running and able to maintain foods at 41°F or less 2. The food prep sink is detached from the wall. Reattach and seal this sink to the wall behind it. Also, thoroughly clean and reseal the stainless steel side splash to this sink. 3. Repair the water damaged drywall and peeling FRP behind and underneath the three compartment sink and back hand sink as discussed. New waterproof material such as unpainted FRP or stainless steel must be properly attached and sealed to the walls behind these sinks. For FRP use FRP adhesive. Do not use nails or screws. Also, provide a cove base finish to the floor/wall junctures behind these sinks where the cove base tile is currently peeling away. 4. The front hand sink is detaching from the wall. Reattach and seal this hand sink to the wall. 5. The RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply to the soda fountain carbonator must be tested and certified. 6. Provide metal flashing to seal the space between the wall underneath the cooking hoods and the adjacent walk-in refrigerator. 7. Replace the missing light bulb covers under the hood. 8. Cover and seal the seam in the wall behind the mop sink faucet to be waterproof and easily cleanable. 9. Repair the water damaged cabinet where the soda fountain carbonator is located. All surfaces in this area must be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. 10. Thoroughly clean the floor sinks under the soda fountain and under the three compartment sink. 11. Clean off the peeling paint on the back wall near the cook line area. 12. Clean and repair/replace the ceiling tiles in the kitchen. All ceiling tiles must be non-absorbent, smooth and easily cleanable.
