County legal action may result from this inspection. The following items must be corrected prior to final permit approval and re-inspection scheduled for 05/03/2022; 1. The drain pipe for the left compartment of the three compartment sink is leaking onto the floor. Repair all leaks in this drain pipe and retain the P-trap that protects all three basins of the sink. 2. The water pressure for the faucet at the three compartment sink is very low and needs to be repaired. This is most likely due to a clogged aerator which can be removed. 3. The drain pipe for the hand sink next to the three compartment sink is leaking into a bucket beneath the sink Repair all leaks in this drain pipe and retain the P-trap for the drain pipe. 4. The RPZ backflow prevention devices for the kitchen soda fountain and bar soda fountain must each be tested and certified. 5. The drain pipe for the main ice machine is leaking into a pan beneath the machine then draining into a floor drain. Repair all leaks in the main ice machine drain system. All drain pipes for the ice machine must be hard, PVC type piping (no flex piping) and routed to drain into the floor sink beneath the food prep sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap. 6. Slimy organic material is growing out of the jockey box drain line in the bar. Clean and sanitize this drain pipe. 7. Provide a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the scrap sink drain line and the flood rim of the floor sink that it drains into beneath the dishwasher. 8. Provide a self-closer for the back door of the kitchen. 9. Provide a cover plate for the clean out opening in the wall beneath the mop sink faucet. 10. Repair the broken door on the prep cooler in the main cooking area. Also, all cutting boards in the cook line area must be repaired or replaced so that they are smooth and easily cleanable. 11. Replace all burnt out lights in the kitchen and provide shields or tube shields for the light bulbs. 12. Properly attach and seal the loose FRP to the short wall across from the food prep sink. Use FRP adhesive. Do not use nails or screws. 13. Remove all foam, melted caulking and melted plastic trim from beneath the exhaust hood. Re-caulk the seam between the bottom of the hood with high temperature resistant, metallic, silicone caulk. 14. Repair the cracks and seams in the floor in the main cook line area to be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.
