Observed sushi making staff cleaning the working station with gloves on then continue with making sushi without proper hand washing practice. Please remove gloves, wash hands put new gloves on prior to resuming food prep duty. Inspector coached all staff during this inspection. Staff wash hands and changed gloves according to code at time of inspection.

Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager --- no certified food safety license personnel during the operating hours. Please provide at least one personnel with food safety manager license during operating hours. Reviewed HACCP record, document met requirement. Educated staff with chemical identify name No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection report sent to Fry's location email. Inspection conducted with Store Manager and Snow Fox Staff. RE-Inspection scheduled with Operator on Friday March 17, 2023
