PIC restocked single-use paper towels. Discussed importance of providing hand drying provision to ensure proper hand washing with the PIC.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-201.11, P: Separation-Storage. Observed dish soap & sanitizer for the 3-compartment sink stored on top of the ice machine. Observed spray bottle with cleaner on top of single-service to-go food containers. Person in charge moved chemicals to proper storage location at time of inspection. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single-service items at all times to prevent contamination.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 2 Priority, 2 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection. OF NOTE: - Discussed with person in charge about proper cleaning procedures for cleaning blenders & the ice cream machine. Food contact surfaces for Time & temperature control for safety (TCS) foods must be washed, rinsed, & sanitized every 4 hours of it being in use. - Discussed with person in charge about having a written time as a public health control procedure for Boba. Any TCS food that is held on time must have a written procedure. -Discussed requirements for cold brew. Cold brew must be brewed, held, and dispensed at 41'F or below. -Reviewed employee illness policy. -Discussed 2017 FDA Food Code updates regarding certified food manager. Notice of inspection rights verbally acknowledged by Nargis R. Inspection conducted with RS# 1206. Report e-mailed. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
