This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had no Priority, one Priority Foundation and one Core Violations on this inspection. Upon inspection, a remodel is taking place which may require an application and plans to be submitted, and/or additional permits. Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 5 business days. A new hood is being installed and operator stated they will be expanding food service to include hot held meats cooked from raw. This will require the permit to be changed to a higher class. Provided owner with guidance for submitting remodel application and discussed process. Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection. Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
