Construction Inspection. Walked with Mike. Correct the following items: 1) Secure sprayer at mop sink faucet so that it cannot be pulled out and create a cross connection. Recommend replacing faucet with one that has an integrated vacuum breaker so that a hose may be attached. 2) Paint ceiling so it is light in color (back kitchen area) – black is not approved for kitchen areas. 3) For sump pump(s) for walk-in cooler, ensure they are installed on the outside of the walk-in. 4) Install cove base where missing. 5) Paint under bartop and seal any gaps. 6) Flash off both sides of walk-in to walls. 7) Seal any gaps/cracks/penetrations/holes, including holes in walls in back kitchen. 8) Complete Other Effective Means of Barrier Protection requirements. As discussed on site, install 2 fly bait stations outside, 3 fly lights inside, and 2 rodent bait stations outside. Create an employee training guide/statement and a log for employee monitoring of pests. For Final, ensure hot water is functional and reaches all sinks within 45 seconds. Ensure all refrigeration is turned on and holding at 41*F or less. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed to Mike.
