Construction Inspection. Walked with Mike. Correct the following items: 1) Install an RPZ (ASSE 1013) on water supply line to RO system. 2) Ensure all refrigeration is on and holding at 41*F or less. 3) Seal all gaps, cracks, and penetrations. 4) Hard pipe drain line from mini split AC. 5) Provide adequate lighting in restrooms. 6) Install weather stripping on exterior hallway door. 7) Complete Other Effective Means of Barrier Protection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report auto emailed.

food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
