OC Inspection - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with employees on duty. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Paula L. at the time of this inspection. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Correct the following prior to final permit approval and re-inspection scheduled for 05/17/2022; 1. This facility cuts and washes fresh vegetables but there is no food prep sink installed. Provide an NSF approved food prep sink with hot and cold water and a separate, indirect drain pipe to a floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the drain pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink. 2. There is no dedicated hand sink visible and available to the front prep area. Provide a dedicated hand sink with not and cold water that is visible and available to the front prep area. 3. There is no discernible backflow device for the water supply line to the soda fountain carbonators and the Lancer Misty/slush machine. Provide a certified, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to these machines. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. Also provide a funnel drain assembly for the backflow device that empties into the floor drain beneath the soda stations. 4. Provide information regarding the cooling system for the Electro Freeze machines. Certified, RPZ backflow prevention devices with funnel drain assemblies must be installed for all water lines that feed these machines. 5. The condensation drain line for the walk-in refrigerator does not drain properly to the floor drain in the front area. Repair this drain line to properly drain into the floor drain. 6. Repair the broken water heater overflow drain line so that it properly drains into the mop sink basin with a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the drain line and the flood rim of the mop sink basin. 7. Repair the damaged cove base tile that is peeling away from the walls on the outside of the walk-in freezer and near the floor drain beneath the three compartment sink.
