Inspection Comments

Arrived at establishment for re-inspection. Observed measured ambient temperature of unit using min/max thermometer of 46.4*F. All time/temperature controlled for safety food observed 43*F and below. Person in charge indicated they stocked the unit less that 30 minutes before inspection. Discussed with person in charge monitoring the internal temperature of time/temperature controlled for safety (TCS) foods over the next couple of hours and removing the foods if they increase in temperature above 43*F; if TCS increase past 43*F then the unit must be serviced again. Inspector will follow up for re-Inspection on or before 05/06/24.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
