1. All equipment under the hood must be 6 inches inside the hood. 2. Reattach the FRP panels inside the food walk-in cooler, rewrap the condenser pipe inside the unit with insulated pipe wrap. Seal around the condensation penetrations and provide missing plugs. 3. Provide door sweeps and weather stripping at all exterior doors. 4. Provide urinal screens at the urinals. 5. Inspection Comments

E&D, class 4 10+ OC inspection was conducted with the manager, Jeremy D. The establishment opens and operating. Manager are certified food protection managers. Please obtain and maintain all managers and food handlers’ certifications on site for inspection purpose. Noted packages of ground prime beef inside an insulated cooler that the owner informed that they purchase from a steak house. Informed owner that the meat must obtained from approved sources, such as a meat market, meat distributor, meat processing plants, etc. The meat is condemned until the owner provide proof that the product is from an approved source. Owner will take the meat home for personal consumption. Permit is not approved. Please address the following items prior to the re-inspection on 6/21/22: No County legal action will result from this inspection. The inspection rights sheet is emailed with the report to the person in charge. Please contact the Department at 602-506-6824 to schedule the next inspection. Allow 7-15 business days to schedule. You are hereby notified that you are operating this establishment in violation of the MCEHC. Per Chapter 1, Regulation 4(a) “No person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so, unless otherwise specified in this Environmental Health Code.” Please be advised that the New Business Permit Application fee includes one initial inspection and one follow-up inspection. Additional fees will be assessed for any additional follow-up plan review inspections.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
