This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 1 Core Violations on this inspection. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager. Observed no Certified Food Manager (CFM) onsite at time of inspection. Person in charge was unable to produce a certified food protection manager certificate. A CFM is required to be on the premises during all hours of operations. Provide a CFM onsite by next routine inspection. Of Note: - Discussed with person in charge (PIC) about date marking milk. All RTE/TCS foods must be date marked after 24 hours and used within 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Per the plan review OC re-inspection, the following bar related items will be given a 4 month extension for completion: 1) Provide 3/8” radius cove base at wall/ floor junctures located behind the bar. 2) Patch holes and repaint damaged walls/ ceiling with semi-gloss paint at the bar area, as needed. 3) Replace missing/ cracked/ broken floor tiles throughout. Fill all holes, gouges, saw cuts, cracks and expansion joints on the concrete floor. 4) Provide 1” air gap from the finished floor for all drainpipes from drain troughs, drip trays, ice bins, beer keg coolers, vent ports of backflow preventer. 5) All drainpipe must be rigid and at least 6 inches off the floor, slope to drain at ¼” per foot. 6) Elevate all water lines, beer/ soda chases to 6” off the floor. Please use metal brackets to mount the chase against the walls. Report e-mailed. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
