E&D Class 3 10+ OC re-inspection was conducted with the permit holder, Amy. All items noted in the last report had been addressed. The establishment added a soda fountain station. The vented dual check valve backflow preventer (ASSE standard 1022) for the soda machine is not a testable backflow device. Please have a monitoring log for the equipment. The device must be replaced if liquid is venting from the vent port of the backflow preventer. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection rights sheet will be emailed with the report to the person in charge.
