Discussed with PIC bare hands shall not come into contact with Ready to Eat (RTE) foods. PIC did not serve the burrito. Discussed with PIC even with washed hands per code they shall not contact exposed RTE foods with bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment. Per PIC no gloves were on the premises at the time of inspection. Discussed with PIC to get gloves today and to inform me of when they are on the premises for reinspection. 24 Hour Reinspection on 4/19/24 scheduled

Discussed with PIC the establishment shall maintain premise free of insects, rodents and pests. Per PIC the facility recently had pest control services. Discussed pest control shall be done by professionals at a frequency to avoid harboring pests. Reinspection scheduled 4-30-24

Also observed organic matter on the wall tile and floor in customer restroom. Discussed with PIC to have the restaurant cleaned at frequency to avoid buildup of food debris grease and dust buildup.
