E&D, class 4 10+ Plumbing inspection was conducted with the superintendent, Brice and Chef, Ramiel. Construction is at 25% completion. Reviewed sink locations. Please address the following items prior to the routine inspection: 1. Provide a separate water stub out with angle stop at the mop sink for chemical dispenser. Do not use the mop’s faucet hose or install a Y-valve on this faucet to feed the chemical dispenser. 2. Provide a hand sink at the coffee service area. Nearest hand sink is blocked by the bar. Sink must have hot and cold water and side splashguards. 3. Provide air curtains at roll up/ sliding doors and windows. 4. Designate dog friendly tables at outdoor bar. Dogs are not allowed to run freely at the bar. The report was e-mailed to the chef and superintendent. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Contact the Department at 602-506-6824 for the next inspection. At this time, please allow 10-14 business days to schedule inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
