Permit update: E&D Class 4 10+ Construction inspection was conducted with the chef, Ramiel and site superintendent, Brice. Construction is at 30% completion. In-wall plumbing had been completed. Framing is being installed. The new walk-in units had been completed. The meeting was requested by the chef to discussed options for the roll up windows at the bar. The following items were discussed: 1. The outdoor patio will have overhead cover and the sides will be fully enclosed with security screen. 16” gauze mesh screen will be installed around the patio enclosures for flying insect’s control. 2. Dog friendly tabled will be 7 feet away from the entrances/ openings and these tables will be marked “ Dog Friendly Table”. 3. A trash can with lid will be provided for animal waste storage. 4. Another enclosed container will be provided in the dog friendly patio for storing animal/ environmentally friendly chemicals, cleaning products for the animals. 5. Employee served workstations must have hand sink, floor sinks for drainage and barrier between the service area and the customers. The report was auto emailed to the owner. No county legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
