Of note: discussed 1 minute contact time of quat sanitizer used at three compartment sink and quat sanitizer concentration must be between 150-400ppm. // Discussed removing hand soap and handwashing guidance sign from prep sink next to cookline as prep sink is used for prepping various foods and is not a designated hand sink. Hands must only be washed in dedicated hand sinks to prevent contamination. // Discussed creating a container to be labeled as "employee food/drink only" be added to any fridge that is holding employee food items and container should be positioned in a way to prevent contamination of food intended for costumers. Of note: observed water drain line from food wells at front service area to be feeding directly into larger line on floor, flooring was removed and cement surrounding line is now broken and uneven, creating areas for liquids to pool. Establishment has a remodel pending, emailed plan review inspector to follow up. This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection.
