Wings were uncovered and put onto sheet trays and moved to the top of the speed rack.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 0 Priority, 3 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection No County legal action will result from this inspection. The small dishwasher in the service area was not in use at the time of inspection and after the final rinse had 0ppm chlorine. The Person in charge put out-of-order sign on the machine. Do not use the machine dispensing sanitizer at the proper concentration (50-100PPM chlorine). The inspection report was emailed.
