The OC re-inspection was conducted with employee, Rylie. Please see checklist for items to address prior to routine inspection. There must be a certified food manager available at all times. Provide test strips for the 3-compartment sink. The current test strips are expired. The report was e-mailed to James. No county legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
