The OC re-inspection was conducted with Diana. The following items must be addressed prior to routine inspection: 1) Provide test report for the backflow device servicing the ice machine. 2) The drain for the blender has been disconnected. Re-connect and conduct a deep clean of the area. As of now, there is a large accumulation of product in cabinet and around floor. 3) Multiple dead roaches noted by the ice machine. Remove dead pests at a frequency to prevent their accumulation. 4) Ensure that all items (including all single service items) are stored at least 6 inches up off of the ground. Single service items noted stored on the floor by prep sink/hand sink and on the floor in upstairs storage area. 5) Provide handwashing cleanser and hand drying provision at hand sink in back of the house 6) Ensure that all equipment are commercial grade. The establishment has a home style freezer upstairs. 7) Provide a restroom agreement with the mall 8) The space upstairs is used as storage for single service items and a freezer. The carpet is soiled. There are dried food items noted. If this area will be used as storage, provide a smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean flooring and finishes. Originally this area was used as an office. The laminate shelving should not be used to store food/beverage items. Please ensure that there is a certified food manager available at all times. The report was e-mailed to James. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
