FD-88530. Class 2 Retail. Permit not approved. Not operating at time of inspection. New permit inspection conducted with AK. AK acknowledged receipt of inspection rights. Copy of report will be emailed to owners. 1. Provide hot water (110°F) to all fixtures within 45 seconds. 2. Silicone all gaps in metal cove base in walk-in. 3. All equipment is on order but has not been installed. Will finish installation under remodel permit (RM-09861). 4. Install FRP, tile or stainless steel above mop sink and 3 compartment sink. 5. Reattached cove base where it has come off of wall. 6. Fill grout under 3 compartment sink and along wall junctures. Large gaps visible. 7. Ensure all cold holding equipment is holding at or below 41°F. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
