Plumbing Inspection - E&D Class 4 This inspection was conducted with the kitchen/maintenance manager. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Ezekiel S. at the time of this inspection. Correct the following prior to final permit approval; 1. Provide an NSF approved, dedicated food prep sink with an indirect drain pipe that empties into a floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the drain pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink. 2. There must be dedicated hand sinks with side splashes in the main kitchen area and the ice machine room. 3. Remove the garbage disposal unit from the three compartment, ware washing sink. 4. Provide a separate, indirect drain pipe that empties into a floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap. 5. Provide a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the dishwasher drain pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink that it drains into. 6. Provide a dedicated water line for the chemical dispenser in the mop sink area. Mop sink faucets cannot be used to supply water to chemical dispensers. 7. Ensure that all chemical dispensers connected to water supply lines have proper air-gaps. 8. The steam table must have no leaks and a hard piped drain pipe that empties into a floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap. 9. Repair the damaged walls around the mop sink basin and provide waterproof material such as FRP on the walls to the height of splash above the mop sink faucet. 10. Repair the damaged wall between the ice machine and washer/dryer. 11. Provide a solid surface countertop in all sink and food prep areas, including the front countertop. 12. Provide covers for the openings in both of the restroom doors. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
